| 11/11/2011 | parent | Great school, one drawback....the academics are weak. The environment. Is absolutely wonderful. You can tell everyone pretty much enjoys working and loves children. The school lacks a gifted curriculum as well as attention to providing for rigorous instruction for these special learners. Teachers are skilled with scaffolding but not extending. Such a shame, it is truly a jewel. |

| 7/23/2010 | parent | My family loves this school! The teachers and administration are awesome! It's very family-oriented and everyone goes out of their way to make sure each child succeeds. We have a personal chef who cooks breakfast and lunch, using ingredients from our very own garden. Our scholars learn French and Spanish, take art and/or music 2 times a week and gym everyday! We have an active parent committee, which I'm a part of, that you can join to help make the school even better. You couldn't ask for more! |

At Stokes, it's more about the 'how' and 'why' than the 'who' and 'what.' The who and what of life belongs to the parents... the reasoning belongs to Stokes. |

| 9/24/2009 | parent | As an educator, myself, I have become quite familiar with best practices within a variety of educational settings as it relates to how our children learn most effectively. I can honestly say that EWS has done an outstanding job with combining the latest trends in best practices with providing a nurturing environment for our children to continue to develop, be challenged and reach their highest potential. Their community involvement is phenomenal no matter how you you look at; however, their efforts do not always receive the attention it deserves. Its everyday environment is rich in culturally and academically enhancing opportunities that all the children and their families benefit from. My daughter has a huges smile on her face everyday I pick her up from school, which is accompanied by a new adventure that really made her day. It has been truly a delight and privilege to be apart of the EWS family. |
