| 2/26/2012 | parent | Our two kids are in their 3rd year ~ attending GBE. I am as impressed this year as I was their first day of school. The teachers are awesome at all grade levels, and the Principal is terrific. It has been an overall~ great experience for our family. |
| 1/22/2011 | parent | Excellent school. My son is graduating 5th grade this year, and my daughter is finishing 1st grade. We will be moving to another area and can only hope for a similar experience elsewhere. Excellent teachers, low class sizes, good leadership. The staff is incredibly friendly and personal. We will miss it! |
| 8/12/2009 | parent | GBES rocks! Cant say enough about it. The teachers are great too. Rest assure your children are getting a great education! |
| 6/8/2008 | parent | This is a great school. During the fall of 2008, they will be opening a brand new cafeteria/meeting area. The teachers are nice, there are a lot of parents who help out in the classrooms and really get involved with their children's education. I am happy to be a part of this school and am thrilled to be in this area to attend this wonderful school. |
| 9/26/2007 | parent | GBES is excellent in every way! The teachers are highly qualified, motivated and caring. While they prepare students for FCAT they provide much more in terms of education than that in very creative ways. Almost every teacher we have had with my three children goes above and beyond the call of duty. The involvement of parent volunteers is also crucial to the school's success and it is fantastic! Extracurricular activites are good for an elementary school. Unfortunately, foreign language is not included in the curriculum, but this is more of a county-wide issue. |
| 6/12/2006 | parent | Great school, a lot of parental involvement. |
| 4/24/2006 | parent | A wonderful school with a great teaching staff |
| 11/27/2005 | parent | I have two sons that attended GBES, one for one year, one for two (the second one has ADHD). I cannot compare the cirriculum, extra attention (especially Sammie Voss, ESE), the caring and sharing his teachers did with me, or the relief I felt daily knowing he was in the best hands available, to anywhere these children have been, from K-3 up. I applaud everyone involved at GBES in his learning, his mental health, and the close contact they kept with me, so I'd know @ the end of every school day how his day had been. To anyone considering moving to this area, I can't recommend highly enough the three Gulf Breeze schools. My sons are now in Middle School, but GBES will live in my heart and gratitude forever! |
| 9/11/2004 | parent | Gulf Breeze Elementary School is an excellent school. My son recently completed the 5th grade here and Gulf Breeze Elementary 5th grade scores were the highest in the entire State of Florida. There is great interaction between the parents and the school. Many parents volunteer time and materials. Teachers work very closely with parents so our children get the most out of school. A very safe and productive environment. |
