6/7/2012otheri think that mableton is a great school to go to do to all the effort that goes in to the students education i also think that the prinicipal there also has a passion for learning and i hope that she is principal there for many more years to come.
4/16/2012parentMableton is a great school with an awesome principal who is very driven to see the kids succeed. She is also very forward thinking and open to trying new things that work. The teachers that I have experienced have been great as well. It's almost the end of the school year and they have never not sent home weekly communication about what the students have done and will be doing the upcoming week. Also, the diversity at the school is great as well. I have had experience in private schools as well, and can honestly say that the education my kids are receiving at MES is on par on better than what I have seen in some private schools. The final thing I will say is that there are several after school and enrichment activities, in general, available to the students. Perhaps one area of improvement would be to offer more enrichment for the younger grade levels (k-2nd). All in all, I woul ddefinitely recommend MES to other parents.

5/4/2011parentthis was a great school for my child to attend. the teachers were super nice. she has been there from 1st to 5th and she has loved every minute.
1/13/2011parentMES is a great school. The school has made great academic gains over the past few years. Staff, students and parents all work together to create a great environment for everyone. The principal is extremely passionate about all the children. She has their best interest at heart as do all the staff. Everyone works together to make the student their first priority. Learning is fun at MES!
1/13/2011parentThis is our third year at MES and we have been nothing but pleased. The principal and staff express a genuine interest in the well being of each and every student which is hard to find at any school these days. The parent involvement is outstanding and continues to grow. MES has a great future ahead and we're excited to be a part of it.
12/22/2010otherI attended this school from kindergarten all the way to fifth grade. I am in sixth grade now. Overall I feel as though this school was okay. My third grade teacher was awesome so was my fifth grade teacher. I miss this school now that I am in the sixth grade. The principal was nice and fun, and I loved her. I have nothing but good things to say about this school, except I would reccomend that some teachers watch what they do and SAY especially. Kids come back and tell their parents everything. That's all I am going to say for now.
12/2/2010parentI have 2 students that just started mableton....so I'm still feeling around, but so far so good.... I agree with previous reviews on the principle...being new at the school.... I would have liked to be better introduced to the principle of the school.... I dont know we'll see.
10/6/2010parentI have been very dissatisfied with the lack of student support at Mableton. My son has been there for 3 years, and 2 of his teachers have seemed very "tired" and unmotivated to think outside the box when it comes to educating students who need a little extra help. The principal is unaccessible, and her correspondence with me has been consistently poor. While I recognize a greatschool.com score of 7 out of 10 as better than average, I am also disappointed that the administrators at the school do not see that there is still a long road ahead of becoming a truly great school on the same level as the top elementary schools in our state. Accepting our score as simply "better than other schools in our area" is not the motivational attitude I expect from my child's educators. I hope parents will hold these educators accountable to the highest degree.
4/7/2010parentMy son is in second grade and this is his first year at Mableton. Overall I like the school and his teacher. I had to reach out to her when I notice he was having problems with math. Every since, she has been directly contacting me whenever an issue surface. I would like to see more homework and extracurricular activites for the lst and 2nd graders.
3/24/2010parentWe have been very happy with MES. I only wish more schools in the county offered foreign language.
10/28/2009parentOur 2 children attend Mableton Elementary, where everyone is very helpful. Mrs. Kym Eisgruber, the Principal has done many changes to improve everything at MES. Students are encouraged in a very positive way to do better in any subject. PTA is also a big piece in the puzzle. We are like a big family. Mableton Elementary is a great school.

8/8/2007parentMy children have gone to this school for the past 7 years. We had a hardship transfer, and I love it! This is a diamond in the rough. The staff love their jobs and it really shows! The administration have made a huge difference, and they have don't tollerate any harrassment! This is our last year, and we are very sad! Thanks to the staff of Mableton, and the parent support! VB
3/21/2007parentThis is my daughter's first year at Mableton as a kindergartner. The school seems very homey and concerned about the children's education. So far we are happy here.
