| 9/20/2012 | parent | It is sad to see children out of control and not having any direction. Teacher's angry due to how children are not controlling there action's and poor parent envelopment. Parent's blame the teacher's and the teacher's blame the students. My thing is what does a teacher have to gain by a Lie about a student. I have seen first hand how student's just do as they please at this school. Kids in office for discipline actions and during passing class time, other students stop in to the office to hang out and say hi, and as staff sit and watch. Also you have students walking into the office swearing and be so disrespectful. Amazingly they are even allowed to call there parents from there cell phones. Lying to there parents about the situation. And to hear a teacher state she is ANGRY with her students , as one teacher stated to me. It is sad that we have many schools in this area and 205 is the one that protect's the children with behavioral issues instead of making them accountable for there actions, not referral's for kids being kids issues. And taking the A students and making them the example if they should make a mistake of a very minor issue of kid behavior. |
| 2/18/2009 | parent | My daughter is in high school this year, after spending 3 years at Kennedy. She is doing very well. The teachers at Kennedy were wonderful. |
| 2/16/2007 | teacher | Parent involvement is low but Kennedy has a very diverse population of students. Teachers are very caring and help students before and after school. |
