| 5/29/2011 | other | i was a student at this school and i will have to say that some of the teachers were not really doing a good job in bullying wise when i was in the 5th grade i had serious problems and all the teacher did was say don't do that and play it off like a joke and my math teacher refused to let me go to the nurse when i was sick and my parents had to make her let me go to the nurse and she yelled at me and i liked the school for a couple years but then when the bullying started and got worse in the 5th grade some of the teachers played it off as if it was a joke and i didn't want to go back the next day and my parents called the school and finally the teacher opened her eyes and stopped playing it off and spoke to the whole class and they left me alone after wards so i hope that it changed and i loved the sc.hool but when their was a problem sometimes they wouldn't really do anything about it and i find that unfair |

| 9/5/2007 | parent | My daughter is a new student. She was able to transition to the school relatively easy. The transfer process was made simple and the school staff appears to be inviting. Its only been a couple weeks since the start thus far, no complaints. I am corresponding very well with her teacher via email, which is working great thus far. To get the most of the situation, I will have to work extra hard with my daughter at home. Publics schools are getting crowded and I think there should be more teachers at the elementary level to prepare the students for middle school. Not to make the students dependent, but to learn better independent thinking skills, critical for learning and confidence. |

Needless to say, this principal did not fill the void that was left by the previous principal. It's sad that this school has become a joke. The PTA is worthless and does not do much for the school, the parents, or the community. On a scale of 1 -1 0, this school is a -2. :( |
