With 'newer' forms of teaching, parents often resort to 'old' formats of teaching when helping with homework. The communication would allow for both the teacher and parent to teach the child in the same format and thus allowing the child to learn in a more consistent way. By advising the parents on the 'new' formats parents can then see less frustration on the childs learning ability. |
