Ironwood, MI is a small city in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan that is known for its quaint downtown area and access to outdoor recreation. The schools in Ironwood are excellent and the district continually strives to provide quality education to its students. They have two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. Each school has a highly dedicated staff and faculty who always put their students first. The district also offers a wide range of educational programs such as special needs classes, advanced placement courses, dual enrollment opportunities, and vocational training. Additionally, the district also provides gifted programs that provide students with challenge-based learning opportunities. As evidenced by the high ratings given by GreatSchools, these local schools offer an excellent education for all students who participate within them.
