| 11/2/2012 | parent | Our experience at Storman Academy was HORRIBLE. The teaching staff were good people, but seemed to either be inspired, but lacking intellectual ability, or vice versa. In addition, the students received a TON of free time, in which I witnessed NO LEARNING! The education my child was receiving was below average and I found myself explaining her homework as if I had assigned it myself. The office employees (including the headmistress) were ENTIRELY unprofessional and reverted to a completely STREET mentality when addressed with a complaint. I have never seen "educators" behave the way they did. Storman does have very supportive parents and alumni, which is misleading and personal on their part. This is a TERRIBLE institution for those who have experienced even an average educational experience. DON'T DO IT. |

The environment is a family like atmosphere and it is obvious that the staff and teachers love the children. I have heard a handful of parents talk negatively but I noticed that it's primarily when they have person finance issues. I've seen parents look for something wrong. My children love it and they have positive experiences that they will never forget. |
| 3/21/2012 | parent | Be WARE of this school, they put on a good front, but are money hungry, unprofessional, they talk to children like untrained pit bulls, loud billigerent. They are quick to take your money (be careful of cash payments) but do not deliver. THERE ARE BETTER SCHOOLS EVERYWHERE. REALLY DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE SUBJECTING YOURSELF OR YOUR CHILD to undue duress. |

| 9/6/2008 | parent | Storman was a an okay school for someone who wants something better than what some public schools have to offer. For the most part I found it to be a negative experience for my child, academically it was onpoint but too much work without direction is given. Don't question anything the administration is doing or not doing or your child will suffer significant repercussions for this. I once believed it was a necessary force in our community but after my experience there, I no longer consider it to be a positive force. Much needed reorganization and leadership that needs to act more like concerned adults rather than petty individuals thriving on unfortunate ills that affect African children in this system |

| 12/24/2007 | parent | Storman Stufflin is an exceptional school, though I have seen it go down over the years in staffing, student population, etc. The environment is safe and the values the staff instills in the children are solid. It has a very warm homelike feeling. As a parent, there are other issues that need to be worked out within the administration. Parent support is great! The principal, Mrs. Turnage is a master teacher. The school needs to be built up again. GReat potential. |

I love Storman,the environment makes you feel like your at home. Everyone is like family at Storman and thats one thing I love about Storman. The teachers, staff, and student all care about you,just as your family would. Storman currilum is excellent , you would be amazed at how intelligent Storman's students are. When people ask me where I go to school at I am pround to say that I go to Storman Academy. |

All the teachers are like family members that take care of you. The school is just awesome and you know everyone even if they are new. Your classmates are like all your brothers and sisters. If you send your child here just remember that they will be treated like family. I am at storman currently (february 2006) and I just love all my classmates. I guarantee you your child will love their classmates. I have been at that school since pre school and it has been a challenge but the curriculum is great. I am currently in 7th grade. Good luck if you send your child there. |

We all have gone to great high schools because of Storman and I am currently attending Rosati-Kain...
