4/20/2008parentBishop McHugh is a great school. I could not be more pleased academically and socially. The children are in a safe, structured, and positive environment. The academics have improved year by year since I have been here and our childrens scores are showing it. My children are happy and are getting the best there is to offer right here at Bishop McHugh!
1/21/2008parentI think BMRS is the best school that you could ever send your children too. I have been at the school since inception and have never been so happy and so are my 4 children that go there. Hats off to all staff and faculty at BMRS!

8/10/2007parentI think Bishop McHugh is a great school. Get involved, and it shows your kids and their friends that you care enough to get involved. There could be more extracurricular activities but parents don't want to commit to helping...get involved. The teachers, principal, and staff have shown me nothing but respect and they truly love the kids.
6/22/2007parentEveryone is sitting around saying how bad this school is. What we should be doing is helping this school become a better place. Ask yourself, ' what has this principal done wrong?' You might say, ' let bad teachers in.' I say whats bad about that, they teach you don't they? But I do agree there should be nicer teachers, who care about the kids more than themselfs. But who are we, to be sitting around, help the school, it won'nt get better on it's own! Kids love this school. You're all yelling at Ms. bryne, give her some time to think!
12/6/2006parentThis school used to be the best all around! Kids were happy even in the upper grades. Last year was an eye opener. This year we are pulling our children out after Christman break. Principal needs to open her eyes and heart and see that the children are being put down on a daily basis. This teacher needs to retire and let someone who loves to be will kids teach.
9/25/2006parentI agree that there are too many fundraisers but that is a function of diocesan rules. The principal and teachers have been sensitive and responsive to my questions.
3/20/2006parentPoor communication between faculty and parents. Feeling of unwelcomeness when parents visit. Not enough extracurricular activities. Not enough parent involvement. School has gone severly downhill over the past couple of years.
6/15/2005parentVery poor communication and poor teacher and student morale are hallmarks of this school. The local parishes do not allow parent input and the school has little true consideration for academics. Discipline and respect are very good. Teaching staff is too transient and teachers are moved around from specialty areas to those areas where they have too little experience. Too much fundraising and not enough academics.
