The model Christian teachers, parental involvement, unfaltering standards, and student empowerment all contribute to the climate of this school that creates student leaders that are quickly accepted into rigorous magnet and charter middle schools. Tuition is extremely low (teachers do not receive a salary but raise their own support as missionaries) so the admission criteria involves a great deal of accountability (hence a greater sense of responsibility). NCS is transforming our community from the inside out; its a shame more schools have not adapted this mission-minded concept. |
