| 8/18/2012 | parent | My child graduated from Warren Tech in June 2012, and is attending a Top college, where only 2000 students out of 20,000 applications were accepted. At Warren Tech the honors English and History teachers were extremely helpful in preparing for college work and pushing to excel grade wise. Kids from his graduation class are attending very competitive schools, Drexel, Seton Hall, Centenary, NJIT, Westchester, FIT, and some are going to high end trade schools like Lincoln Tech. The school offers a much better option in students who want smaller classes and teachers who seem to care about students getting good grades. The school does need to put more attention into thier athletic programs. They have a great arts/theatre program and very professional productions. I think if you aren't all into sports as your top priority, this is a great option for getting into a top college. |
| 10/7/2009 | student | I graduated in 2005, and this school was my life line. I entered in 10th grade and left with great memories and life long firends in the teachers and staff. Most importantly the gift of a career in cosmetology is serving me well. The teachers are dedicated and want their students to excel despite what problems a school board imposes. i have wathced many work through their lunch and take time from home life to ensure sucess! It was a pleasure. My sister is attending there now. |
| 6/17/2009 | other | As a graduated student I see just how much the Staff Supported the students in this school. The CIE coordinator is happy to help students find jobs and happy to help them with their resume. The teachers are always there for students to talk to. The school is filled with great well known and recognized organizations. Also if while attending this school you would rather take a college class in place of your regular class and can test into the college class you may do such. I am proud to say I graduated from this school. |
| 1/15/2009 | parent | This high school is fantastic! The principle and the majority of teachers really care about their students. Communication is excellent between the school and parents. All teachers are available via phone and/or email and have ALWAYS returned by calls. |
| 1/22/2008 | parent | There's virtually no communication between the School and the parents. Staff is hard to reach and never return your phone calls. Even the teachers are hard to reach and hardly ever return your phone calls . There are no scheduled Teacher Parent Conferences after the School year starts. And eventhough there are plenty of fund raisers parents always have to pay for every field trip and activities the kids get involved in. My child has no actual Text Books for some of the Classes. There is no communication by phone, E-mail, or snail mail from the School to the Parents. Even snow days notifications are faulty. My child never received the forms required to order School Pictures. So we didn't get any. There is no announcement printed, or verbal regarding any extra curricular activities, except word of mouth between students who find out through the gravevine, not a very reliable source. |
| 9/13/2007 | parent | This school has been great for my son. We are so glad that he is attending this educational facility. |
