I feel the arts are what's lacking. mr's crounse and mrs. kapinus are the best thing sice the wheel and the rest of the staff kudos. if you are thinking of binghamton city school district, for your children also know there is a free clinic with a nurse practitioner and a dental hygeinist. roosevelt is fisrt on my list. i am saddened by the thought of my fourth grader leaving in two years. I love theodore roosevelt school. |
