11/5/2012otherThis year imgoing to graduate in the years ive been to this school iLOVED only my first year the principal was awsome but he retired oh and the place it say school highlights dont count on it but the best part i loved 7 th grade well only the teacher that year my old principal got retired so we got a new principal and that principal made our 7th grade horrible for me and my teacher !! oh and the food is horrible cuz 3 weeks ago there was a cocoroach in the applesauce and there were 2 bedbugs in the cafeteria!! also in 7th grade there was so many bedbugs found in the class rooms oh and ONLY in 6th grade u get air conditioning the rest of the 2 years u don't the thing i love abt 303 no matter wht we always have fun one way or another !!!
7/18/2012otherI am a student at this school. This year was the first year at this school and it was awesome and I could tell that the two years I still have at this school will keep getting better and better.
7/14/2012otherI have to say 303 sure brought a change to my life. I can't imagine any other school being any better than 303. The students get help from teachers and if they ever need something they are free to contact the principal or even call home. Plenty of activities are available like dance shows and morning tutoring, as well as after school activities. Most teachers are really kind and caring. They try to push you to learn more and even when they assign a project they try to make it really easy for us. I'm in seventh grade going to eighth and 303 makes me want summer to pass by just as fast as the speed of light. That place has so much memories and lovely people that I would never want to leave. Principals and assistant principals go around and check on the work being done almost everyday and parents are always included in activities dealing with their child. There are frequent meetings held to let parents know of their childs academical improvement. The classrooms are clean and also welcoming. Students get a chance to help out their favorite teachers and they earn extra points that will help them in high school. During lunch students are allowed to talk and the food is excellent.Go 303!
10/28/2011parentMy child has Mrs. Parker and she is AMAZING!!! He is in the 6th grade sigma class and all the children are so nice he has so many firends there. Love the early morning program my son gets a head start to his day. The principal is so nice and helpful. They give a good amount of home work and don't mind parents like me who are overly involveed they are very nice and willing to work with you.
4/15/2011parentmy child is graduating this year and i am very happy finally out of it. a big percent of the kids are terrible, teachers are unable to control them. decisions are made without notifying parents and the good kids are punished along with the bad ones. so what does it teach that being well behaved means you get extra assignements and are forced to stay late 5-10 minutes in the hall or not be allowed to eat! my child was miserable and i regret that i even sent to this school. talent program is a joke non talented kids are mixed into classes with those kids who took a specialized exam to get into their specific talent program. so now the city is planning on putting a charter school which is rediculous since there is not enough space and not enough teachers to control and help students as is. i forsee that this school will go down the same road as lafayette. hire more teachers and get a principal that actually does something other than run out in his underwear during firedrill!!!
12/10/2010otherI am a student at this school this school is great! I am n sigma elite in 7-208 Ms.Kovach's class she is so nice like most of the teachers in my school i love being in dance but to be honest i wish there were more after school programs
11/19/2009parentMy daughter is in the first ever elite class, 7-230 and is ahead by 2 years in her curriculum, she will actually have 2 years less of high school or college. (which is her choice)
6/17/2009parentTHE BEST! My daughter is in the sixth grade (2008-2009) and she has excelled perfectly. The teachers and staff have a good relationship with the students. I have visited announced and unannounced and every time I was amazed at how well behave the kids were and the staff addressed students by name. I would suggest this school to all students and express to parents your child will be well taken care of..
5/4/2009studentThis is a wonderful school with discipline and the teachers are always there to help.
12/23/2008studenti think as a student at this school 303 is the best junior high school ever i rate them a 5 because, of the knowledge the give to me.
11/25/2008studentI am a student of this school and I want to say I am proud and very happy to have the options my school gives me.
10/20/2008parentThis is the best school ever! This school does not get the recognition it deserves. Forget about Mark Twain and Bay Academy...the caring starts here.
9/24/2008parentI am parent of 7th grade with Ms Gng's class. I would highly recommend to anyone this school. Teachers are very nice and professional. They help students how to develop skills and get ready for the next level. They keep in touch with parents and let them know about the child's progress in school. Also the most important is to help student to build confidence. The methods that the school use is practice and very helpful. You can find out about the home work of your child online and you can get in touch via email or sent notes regularly. MJ.

5/12/2008studentI am really happy that I go to this school. The teachers really care about your learning.
8/3/2007parentMy daughter goes to IS And I think it has changed her for the better, her grades are up, she's more pleasant when she comes from school, she has more friends and is very comfortable in the environment. She loves learning more than ever, She has made her way into he gifted program and I am EXTREMELY proud of my daughter.
6/5/2007parentThe Principal of IS 303 is keen on discipline. He runs a very tight ship. He holds everyone accountable, including himself, his staff and the kids. As a result, he is able to have a successful gifted program, a decent general education program; however, he is failing with his special education students.
2/13/2007studentI am a student in I.S.303 right now. It is my first year and so far I have a good time. The teachers are funny and make learning easy for us. They prepare us well for every exam and are fair. During gym it is so much fun and when we do a big project it is very enjoyable. We can rely on teachers to help us with problems and our Dean and Principal are great.
5/26/2005student'This school is very good and has a lot of programs such as media/computers, math A regents preperation corses athletics/gym, and many more. .
1/26/2005former studentI went to I.S. 303 from 1998-2001, and it was a great school. I had an amazing experience at Eisenberg middle school, and it s a shame that it doesn't get the same credit as other great middle schools like Mark Twain and the Bay Academy. Send your kids to I.S. 303 and make the right choice.
10/30/2004studentI.S.303 is the best school I know. Even though its a middle hs, students are very comfortable with its enviroment. Teachers are great, and we get new one's practically every year. I enjoy being there. I love my teachers, they are very fair, and even give up my lunch period to monitor for my english teacher. We also learn a lot so i guess the teachers have a very good schoolership. The only thing that i dont like is that we dont get enough activity's. Im a senior in this school. I thought all the high school stuff would have been very differcult, but our student guidence couselor told us everything. Im really going to miss is a lot.
4/15/2004studentI was 11 years old when my family immigrated to USA from Russia. On the first week I start going to school I.S 303, I was realy scared and I thought things will be really hard for me but everything turned realy good. I meet alot of Russian and American kids after a little while I become realy close friends. Teachers in 303 are the best, they helped me alot with my school work and language my best teacher was my ESL teacher and my best Dean was Mr.Cippolo. I experienced alot in 303 after a I graduted my senior year (8th grade) I went to John Dewey High school. After my first year in Dewey I wanted to graduate early and I did it I graduated when I was 16 now I'm freshman in St. Petersburg college in FL. I just want to thank 303 to make me achive my goals.
