We have scheduled a variety of guest speakers from St Thomas Aquinas to Columbia Univ to the school to promote college awareness. The children are the best and so are their parents! |

| 9/8/2005 | former student | When I went to Pomona, I learned a lot. The academic programs were strong, the music teachers were amazing, and parents were fairly invovled. These days, I see incoming freshman from Pomona. It isn't uncommon to see a lack of discipline, less academic oriented students, and overall less involved parents. That being said, the East Ramapo School District is getting better, so it is possible that Pomona can improve in coming years. |

Pomona Middle School is great with the extra curricular activities but maybe they should use some of the money and put iot into the children's education. |
