| 6/16/2012 | parent | We could't wish for better school. We are happy, our 2 kids are happy. Very professional teachers and stuff, outstanding support from parents. GO EAGLES! |
| 5/25/2012 | parent | Absolutely amazing things are happening at this school. We have two children who have absolutely blossomed here.. School is comprised of many excellent teachers of which a good number of them have earned their masters or higher. Proud of ECE!. Proud of the administration as they are truly dedicated professionals that have put our children first. |
| 4/27/2012 | parent | My children have been at Efland Cheeks for 3 years now. I was very nervous when my they went to Kindergarten, as any parent would be but I must say, I immediately fell in love with the school. The teachers and staff truly care about the children. Everyone from the Principal to the custodians to the reading tudors...and everyone in between, give every ounce of themselves to help each child succeed. I am very proud to be considered a part of the Efland Cheeks School family and would not hesitate to encourage anyone looking for a school to choose ECE. |
| 4/20/2012 | parent | Our daughter began as a kindergartener at Efland Cheeks last year. We absolutely fell in love with the teachers and administration. Our experience was so positive that first year that we enrolled her in afterschool there this year. We appreciate the family atmosphere. |
| 4/19/2012 | parent | We have been at this school for almost 4 years now and LOVE it. It is not perfect, but I have never heard of a perfect school before. The teachers so far have all been wonderful - caring, kind, leaders, always available to talk about any issues. This year we have encountered a lot of project based learning - which has been great for my kids as they can learn at their pace. If you have any concerns about the school - visit. Meet the principal, staff, and teachers. I doubt you will be disappointed. |
| 10/12/2008 | parent | Although I do love Efland Cheeks I believe that there is a lot of work that still needs to bring it along to today standards. I found that most of the education is taught for the EOG testing. There is no communication and nothing is ever done to disipline children. There are few extra activities for our children. After you loose ten teachers in one year you are back to square one yet again. |
| 3/7/2008 | parent | This school is way under-rated. The teachers and administration care a great deal and always go above and beyond what is expected. The principal knows each child by name, and is a strong and positive presence. If you are looking for a school that still has the quality of family and community, this is it. |
| 9/19/2007 | parent | My children have been attending this school for two years now. And love it. The teacher to student ratio is great and I feel that they really care and have the time for each student. Also the have individual phone to each class so you can drop a dime for any reason to their teahers at anytime. A+ |
