| 7/1/2008 | parent | There could not be a better high school in the county. South Johnston is very well staffed. The curriculum is second to none. Sometimes it seems people get hung up over the big new schools and automatically assume that means they are better staffed and offer a larger curriculum. Not the case. Anyone that takes time to look past all the bells and whistles of a new campus can plainly see that South Johnston has more to offer its students. Outstanding curriculum, caring staff, along with growing and improving athletic facilities are just three of the reasons South Johnston students truly love their school and further proof of why South students continue to excel in the class room and on the athletic fields. |
| 10/26/2007 | student | i think that this school is by far the best school i have ever attended! i attend cape hatteras secondary school of coastal studies now, and it is a big difference. The people at south johnston are more caring, the teachers are willing to work with the children and help them. i wish i could go back to south johnston and finish out school there instead of here! but i recommend this school to every child and parent, who is looking for a great school to attend! |
| 2/17/2005 | parent | I think that South Johnston is a great school and i believe that my child would not have done better in any other school. The teachers seem to be cooraprative and not bias. They are willing to take time out of their scedule to tutor children who are having trouble. From what I hear from my child it seems like everyone gets along and their are not alot of enemys. I think south is the number one school i have ever came across. |
