| 1/4/2012 | parent | Unfortunately this school has gone downhill since it's founder handed it to her children. See also reviews on Google. The camp is fun for kids, but missing proper guidance- if you end up at the school its a far worse story. As another poster (Google) said "I did not do my research about this group in advanced and had a very disappointing experience with the organization. I was told that they were unwilling to be loving, compassionate or nurturing to my child since he was not enrolled there during the school year. I got the impression that the camp follows a different set of guidelies then the school. That was my experience. " This school is just about making money and making life easy for the administrators (founder's children) and teachers. As the other poster said, forget about nurturing or compassion. Note they don't even send their own kids to the school. Incessant fundraising, parents do all the work. The good news is that plenty of much better schools and camps have grown in the area. Don't make my mistake (and the other poster's mistake), do the research, look at the other camps and schools. You and your child(ren) will be glad for it! |
| 6/30/2011 | parent | My son was born premature. We kept him out of day care for two years. Once he was deemed ready to be out in the real world, our first and only choice was Twin Spring Farms. We did not want to put our son in a commerical day care. My husband were both amazed with the grounds and the staff. Before we enrolled my son, I think I talked to everyone there about a hundred times and took two tours of the facility. Days before my son started school I got a call from the school nurse and we chatted about my son and his prematurity issues and she said he will be in good hands. I am pleased that I can have a registered nurse administer my son's meds or if he gets sick I have a professional who can care for him until I get there. I also can not rave enough about the toddler center teachers. They are all wonderful and loving, caring women who my son RUNS to give them a hug each morning. |
| 3/11/2010 | parent | I ask myself, how did I become fortunate enough to find this wonderful school. My daughter who is in the nursery program is anixous every morning to return. Everything about Twin Spring has fulfilled our every expectation, from the class room to the staff and even to the grounds. I would love to be able to give the school more than 5 stars. I know we will be staying through the highest grade available. Thank you Twin Spring for being there. |
