8/31/2009parentBoth my children went to school at Unaka, and both were well educated. They have faired well in college and enjoyed their high school experience greatly. We miss the small school environment and the feel of family. Greatly appreciated the teachers and administration.

8/16/2008parentI am very proud of the job the school does and with the product they produce. I feel my son is getting a sound education.
10/28/2007parentThe school does a great job with the funding it receives.Students who attend UHS and go on to postsecondary schools seem to perform very well in comparison to schools of a similiar make up.
8/23/2006former studenti think unaka is a wonderful school for any child to go. cause the teachers are great and you can meet new freinds there as well.
8/12/2006parentI think teachers don't get children ready for college.at the county schools and I dont think teachers should make their own rules.go by the school law book ,every teacher makes it a little harder on students because this teacher does one thing and the other does something different....
4/27/2003 My daughter had to move to Alaska this year. the school she goes to in Alaska has almost 1000 students and she doesn't like it there she misses her unaka high school so that tells me that shes loves it down there.unaka did a good job teaching.
