9/2/2012parentYes it is true the teachers leave the students alone in the classroom a lot there are only a handful of really good teachers there that are not appreciated for there great work. The new principal thinks she matters more than the parents she is .rude and over weight, dose not like her self much in my opinion.wow! is she in for a rude awaking.Bishop people don't take that likely.some of the staff even have expressed they feel like they are walking on pins and needles. why can't the district find a good principal that care for our future adults. This school should not have children that fight or touch our children, those kind of kids should be removed or placed in a separate room.We also have one nurse for Petro Elm school and Primary Elm and Bishop High school, that's cheap I know my school taxes are not cheap. Also they have a very poor Resource Dept, one child took 1year to receive services and that boy really needed it.If this continues I plan to get parents together and let Austin T.E.A. know of what goes on at this School, our children are very important...
12/6/2010parentVery unhealthy school. The worst! There are RATS and droppings in the classrooms. Teacher- unorganized, hardly there. Principal-hardly there. They serve junk food as snacks.
9/10/2008parentGreat school and caring teachers. Principals change often; however, the new principal seems friendly, intelligent and interested in the students. Teachers are hard workers
10/21/2005parentI love this school. Small class sizes, great teachers with plenty of experience and a beautiful campus. It is obvious that these professionals enjoy teaching as the halls and classrooms are decorated and informative. My daughter's 1st grade teacher has been so helpful and in constant contact with us regarding her progress. Can't say enough about this school
