Keep up the good work ladies! My daughter has excelled so much this year, I hope she does this well her whole school career. She is a fantastic reader and challenges herself everyday. | 4/26/2005 | parent | My daughter is in Pre-K at Rayburn and we just love it! The instrusction is great and parental involvement is high. There are plans for an outdoor pond (marine life) and others in the works by the great PTA. My daughter had some adjustment issues and the couselors (Mrs. Leal & Mrs. Shrieber) along with the principal, Mrs. Benevides, were wonderful in helping her to feel comfortable. Mrs. Hooper is the BEST too! My daughter also attends a math lab once a week and she is doing and learning so much. Thanks to all the staff for a job well done and keep it up. It is one of the largest elementaries in McAllen with over 1000 students, but it never feels as big as it is. |
