| 3/3/2011 | parent | Excellent school community including all staff, students and families. Parents talk about feeling welcome and comfortable participating in the school and learning process. Excellent staff to work with. |
| 2/4/2011 | parent | Great school with caring staff and administration, terrific after school program, involved families, motivated students. My son got a great education there. |
| 4/22/2009 | parent | My child attended this school for several years. Our family found joy in many kind teachers and the generally warm and welcoming community. Overall, we were disappointed with the lack of principal's leadership. We found the leaders of the school to be well versed in suburban enthusiasm and fun, but lacking in professionalism and maturity. Our focus for our child is a strong educational background. You may be able to raise a generally happy, media and pop culture-centered child at Hedgecoxe; but the school will not provide a solid educational training. |
| 12/12/2008 | parent | Hedgcoxe has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Parents are welcomed into the building and their involvement is encouraged. The staff are all on top of their game and my son loves his teachers. |
| 9/4/2008 | parent | This school is warm and inviting. The principal has an open door policy and is a strong leader. She makes sure the curriculum is up to date and that the teachers have everything they need. My children love attending Hedgoxe. |
| 7/6/2008 | parent | No school is perfect but having grown up in a small rural community this is so much better than I could have ever imagined existed. Have had two children in the school (one K - 6, the other is still there) and I couldn't be happier. It is safe, nurturing and most teachers do a great job. |
| 4/19/2008 | parent | This is a good school. The best way to appreciate the school is to be involved. The sc hool has provided our family with plenty of oportunities to do so! They are very enthusiastic about receiving volunteers, rather than trying to keep parents away from the classrooms. |
| 2/20/2007 | parent | I have to agree with the previous review. Class assignment is like playing yearly Russian roulette. If you get a great teacher, you're set. Odds are against this, though. I wish we had never attended. |
| 10/20/2006 | parent | There are many great teachers at this school 'if' your child happens to be placed in their class. |
