Brewster, NY is a small town located in Putnam county with a population of approximately 11,000 people. Brewster is governed by a village government and has three trustees that are elected to serve two year terms with the Mayor also elected for two years. The village government focuses on keeping the community safe and improving quality of life for all its residents.
