Xenia, OH is a small city located in Greene County with a population of around 25,000 people. The city is home to many local businesses and offers plenty of entertainment options for both residents and visitors. Politically, the city is divided between Republicans and Democrats. Xenia votes Republican in presidential elections but there are some Democratic voters as well. Locally, three political candidates dominate the elections: Joe Hellebusch (R), Pat Jett (D), and Charles “Chuck” Smith Jr. (R). Joe Hellebusch has served as mayor since 2013 and is running for re-election this year against Pat Jett who has been a member of Xenia City Council since 2015, and Charles “Chuck” Smith Jr., who has been on council since 2019. All three candidates have very different stances on issues such as taxes, public safety, job growth, infrastructure investments, education funding, and environmental protection which makes for an interesting race between them during this election season.

R if the Republican Party candidate won, D if the Democratic Party candidate won and I if the Independent Party candidate won.
