Sleepy town and inexpensive to visit. Has nice parks and a charming area of older Victorian houses. Might be your kind of town if you like a quiet sort of place like  More

I grew up in Harriman in Roane County. In my opinion, the best thing anyone can do for themselves is to bypass Roane County completely. Harriman has the highest utility  More
