I really enjoy it here! - 12/16/2019
I’ve lived here for nearly two years now. I find it to be a great place to live with a few drawbacks. 1.) There is no highway access and results in messy traffic problems especially during the winter season. 2.) the area is currently focused on developing residential communities rather than commercial. But, these are, to me, outweighed by the affordability/quality of the housing compared the rest of the valley. Our neighborhood is very active and social and allows for my children to know all the neighbors and to have a lot of conversation to get to know one another and I place a lot of value in that. On the next note, this place is predicted to double in size over the next 5-10 years. Piano county has a development plan to add highway access within the next ten years. I work reviewing new construction plans for the utility company and with that, I see a slew of commercial development on the horizon that includes large box store hardware store, large retailers, large family activity

Prison would be nicer - 12/12/2017
This place is AWFUL what a mistake we made! Schools are crap & constantly begging for supplies, traffic gets worse by the day as they continue to throw up subdivisions, the only thing they build is a new church & school every 3 months, every 3 blocks. Drivers are complete idiots, you'll never know your neighbors cuz NOBODY comes out of their house, and who wants to burn yourself on your steering wheel or whatever anyways? The "sunny weather" is a trap, its more like "burning ass hot for 8 months", the cops are stupid whenever u may need help, but by god they are there to harass you! They are a joke and keep moving their location from strip mall to strip mall (Pinal county sheriff) they try to pull over EVERY car cuz they are trying to finally get a REAL police station built..so..it's all about the money! But also probably 75% of the drivers are drunk also. I've run into nothing but flakes here CAN'T WAIT TO GET
