More accurate description - 8/16/2019
I've lived in this area my whole life. My grandfather built our family home in 1973. This is a small rural community outside of Visalia, CA. (But is addressed as Visalia, not Patterson Tract) the neighbors are mostly families and everyone pretty much minds their own business. I don't understand where the stats on this website come from, but I would have to disagree with quite a few of them. PT is a decent enough area. It , but has little to no activities for kids.
