Country Quiet - 8/3/2017
I have a lovely home on the outskirts of NW Palatka Bannerville area about 15 minutes from publix. Our well water (from the aquafier) is fabulous and the last time I had a cold was a month after we moved in (over 4 years ago & I credit the non-chlorinated water for this miracle). It is under an hour from St. Augustine, Gainesville and South or West Jacksonville area. If you don't mind that drive "its a winner". I cant speak to the schools as I am retired, but we have found the hospital and emt to be excellent! The people are very friendly both in and out of town. There is no traffic and I really like the North Florida vibe. I expect a lot of overflow growth from St Augustine in the future, because it is so expensive and very crowded in St Augustine. Oh and FYI, The community college is excellent too.
