You claim that Rockmart has a rating of 4? Really? Where are you getting your information? The good ol' boy system who doesn't want the world to know what really goes on here and wished to keep us in the dark ages???
Your rating makes no sense whatsoever considering in the last year alone we've had 4 murders! ALL very violent, and the drug problems in this town are out...of...control!!!
