I've lived in Mililani Mauka and the homes are cookie cutters, made with average grade build materials. Vinyl flooring sheets, plastic tube/shower kits, plastic pipes etc.. Better places are Hawaii Kai, Kaneohe, Aina Haina, Kailua, and Aiea.
