Small town feel - 9/27/2008
I live in the country and work in the city. I was raised just outside of Augusta. I still come into town for breakfast with my mom, brother and others in the Saturday morning "coffee bunch". I enjoy knowing this group of people and running into them in the shops and the grocery store. I like that my pharmacist knows my name and who I am, the people in the grocery store know me and ask how I'm doing when I see them on Saturday. My mom and I do the same of them. Moving out. - 1/12/2008
I'm a retired law enforcement officer of 24 years and we, [my wife & I] live in Augusta Kansas-approximately 15 miles east of Wichita were the winters are COLD the summers are hot-hot and I'm in the process of looking to move to Ft Worth some time this year. [even tho the summers are hot, it don't get that cold there. Kansas cold is what gets to our bones] The sooner the better but we are not going to rush it.
