Sangerville, Maine the way life should be....... - 9/15/2010
Sangerville is a small town in Maine that is extremely quiet and tranquel. The town itself is so small that if you blink twice when driving through you may miss it. Those who can be self-employed will do better here than those seeking work. It is a good place to raise children and has many recreational opportunities it being between the picture perfect Wassokeag lake in Dexter and Manhanock lake in sangerville itself. It is a short ride to Peaks Kenney state park in Sebec where you can camp and swim and look at mountain views. It is also a short ride from Boarstone Mountain in Elliotsville. Being centrally located means it is 2 hour drive from Bar Harbors rocky coast and also 2 hour drive to Beautiful Moxie Falls in The Forks. Maine has it all even a 40 acre desert in the freeport area! (called the Desert of Maine)Rocky Coast, sandy beaches (Old orchard, Ogunquit to name a few),Breathtaking lakes, rivers and streams.Hiking trails, mountains, waterfalls, the desert, camping and Read More
