High high cost of living. - 10/10/2018
I have lived in New Windsor Maryland for the past 20 years and I have watched this town run so many people out, with the high outrageous water bill, ($700) every quarter for a family of 3 ,(just for water,) if you rent a place here you will pay between $1400.-$1600 a month ,then you have to pay for the towns mandatory trash bags you can not use your own. Don't forget about your electricity and others like cable or internet. You literally have to make between 80 and $100,000 a year to live out here and survive. This town does not make it easy to live in. The town hall mismanages the money and cannot even fill in the potholes!
The only good thing about this town is the crime rate is very very low. There is only one restaurant which is expensive, you have to have a PO box and pick up your mail everyday because they do not deliver mail to your home if you live in town, they have one carry out Italian place and a liquor store that is it nothing more. There is no schools
