Small Town Living On Long Island - 8/3/2015
Sayville is a relatively small community in the heart of the South Shore. Parks, playgrounds and family events abound. People who live here want to stay here because it truly has that small town feel that people prize. While there are some very high priced homes, the majority of the town is decidedly middle class. The schools are better than average and there is always something to do within walking distance.
