Beautiful Belle Vernon, PA - 8/21/2006
Having lived in Belle Vernon in the late 1970s, then moving back to Arizona where I was raised, I can say without hesitation, that Belle Vernon is a wonderful place to live. The cost of living alone is well-worth the move where a nice home can be found for under $100,000 compared to the Phoenix metro area a medium priced home is now around $250,000! The beauty of the area is exceptional as are the people who make Belle Vernon special. I love Belle Vernon so much in fact, that when my husband (he's a Native Arizonian-1942) and I will be moving back there when we retire in 3 years. I can't imagine a nicer place to spend those years. Yes, like everywhere, it has its flaws and drawbacks, but in comparison with so many places today, the good far out weighs the bad. Bravo Belle Read More
