Living in Blue Bell has many advantages which make it a top place to live in the North Eastern US. The Wissahickon School District is one of the top in the State, and there are access to over 50 local Universities and Colleges, such as University of Pennsylvania, St Joe's College, Temple & Drexel Universities, and more. Philadelphia is only a quick twenty-five minute car ride away, as well as fifteen minutes to the sprawling 'Main Line' area, provide ample cultural and shopping activities. Outdoor living is made easy in one the many State and National Parks within half of an hour to Blue Bell, such as Valley Forge Nat'l Park, and Ridley Creek & Wissahickon State Parks, among others.

It is truly a great place to live.

I live in Blue Bell Pennsylvania, outside of Phila. It's a gated community. Close to Phila., weather seasonal, winters tend to be long and gray, but the rest are delightful. Close to NYC - 1 1/2 hours. DC - 3 hours.
