college town meets country - 4/21/2015
Millersville is a small town located among Lancaster County. Comes alive during Fall and Spring Millersville University (PASSHE institution) semesters. Recreation options are high- short drive from the river, hiking, rock climbing and great historical downtown dining experiences, movie theaters, mini golfing as well as multiple parks. Culture is fairly conservative but seems to be increasing in diversity, the people are very friendly and focused around the community. Read More

Quality of Life in Millersville - 7/6/2011
Millersville is basically a quiet town with very friendly people. It has a college that is known all over the eastern seaboard and farther, a very good one at that. The schools of Millersville are very good academically, right up there with the majorities. The town of Millersville is small but the outskirts are mostly farmland with its little sections of communities. Speckles of developments are beginning to grow and many people are finding that the cost of housing is median, starting around $170,000 on up. Real estate & school taxes are, on the most part, pretty good, comparing to the neighboring city of Lancaster, which is the same, but the city is too overcrowded & busier, which is one of the reasons my husband & I moved with our two boys.
