I’ve lived here for ten years and have seen this place go from a lovely new development to a crime riddled suburb of the DC metro. COVID transitional persons leaving the big metros have brought crime and excessive noise to this neighborhood. The pools are well kept. Crime has risen dramatically as the lower social classes move in. The area is no longer friendly or neighborly. It's crowded, noisy, and dirty.
