Quaint village offers quiet and safe living - 3/18/2019
Exeter is a nostalgic quaint city at the base of the Sierra Nevada mountains and close to Kings Canyon/Sequoia National park. On the upside the town is small enough that you can walk to town from most locations and it has a charming Main Street. The town has a strong pride in tradition and also an amazing sense of pride in its own history even for its small size. For being such a small town, it seems to have at least one of most types of businesses, such as coffee shops, pizza, grocery store, etc. It is close to larger towns, but far enough away to ensure a quiet foot print and safe streets. Homes are very affordable here which is good for anyone trying to find a safe quiet affordable town. It would make an ideal town for retirement. Read More
