Almost impossible to open a brick and mortar business here unless you're a lawyer, financial consultant, a restaurant or a dentist.
Start jumping through hoops. Get your blast shields to protect you from the stream of bull**** and excuses why you can't have a building CO.
Just when you think you're ready and there's a CO pending a good check until they think of something else you need to complete before you can open your doors.
