Poor economy and High taxes with little benefit - 9/9/2007
I am very disatisfied with the economy and the high property tax rate in Grand Blanc. I am paying close to $7,000 on a $320K house with the only thing to show for it are very good schools. The roads are completely attrocious and have not been touched in years. There are no bike or pedestrian paths either. The downtown is very lack-luster as well.
