Heaven on earth. - 3/13/2010
We bought a cabin in village of Isabella, just over the Bulls Shoals lake bridge from Theodosia two miles.
The air and water quality the best in the USA. No industry, two lane roads. Norman Rockwell settings.
Almost zero mosquitos, no standing water. The lake is always flowing. The average age for Ozark county is 61, same as average temperature. We are moving down there in April and look forward to sitting on our deck and just breathing in the fragrance from God. Our Realtor, Don Smiley has lived there for many years and knows the area like the back of his hand. He is the consumate professioanl, accomodating before and after the sale.

His lovely wife Connie, who is a free lance artist does stunning work for Greeting card companies.
Her photos are breath taking. You can see her work at conniesmiley.com

The locals we have met so far, are warm, friendly, accepting of new comers.
