While driving around Bordentown Township (not Bordentown city) I've noticed a number of new home developments popping up all over the place, It extends beyond the borders of Bordentown Township and into Chesterfield Township. These new homes typically start in the mid $400K range and with optional upgrades can go well into the low to mid $500K.
