Climate error - 7/20/2018
Chico Ca does not come close to 41 inches of rain in a year. I have lived here for 51 years. 23 inches is considered the average but in the last 20 years we have averaged about 18-20 inches. It has only snowed 3-4 times in those 51 years. Our climate has been changing and we experience drought conditions much more
