Number 50 for education

Tucson is dead last in the rankings for education. We are also 1st for crime...I guess the two go together. Too close to the Mexican border and a lot of drug trafficking and related crime. I can't wait to get my poor kids out of this state! It is a VERY conservative Republican state too. Very unaccepting of anyone who does not go along with "them". Also housing prices have jumped by 30% in the last year while the income has gone up only 1%. The paper today just had a front page headline that kids graduating in Tucson are not ready for a 4 year college.. Don't come here to raise a family! IT is HOT brown and ugly.
