Review of Zionsville, Indiana

Well worth the premium for housing
Star Rating - 9/19/2006
This is a great area -- close enough to Indianapolis to offer the benefits of a larger city, but if you are in the Village or even some of the newer developments, you have no idea that you're so close to a major metropolitan area. On a quiet night during the fall, it seems like a very special place. The Village can veer a little close to a Williamsburg / historical recreation experience at times, but everyone does seem to have fun and enjoy the qualities found there. Not much diversity apparent. Housing can be more expensive, but if you are persistent you can find value for the money.
