I purchased a home here for retirement and don't regret it at all, still not retired but spend all my free time there ~ the people have been great (like it used to be everywhere) even my elderly father noticed the difference in the lifestyle up there than down here in Sacramento. Too much crime and violence down here now so I'm heading north for some peace and quiet.
