I sure agree with you! It is definitely a good 'ole mentality especially in the towns closest to Lexington, especially Nicholasville! The old Mayor looked like Boss Hogg & I always prayed if I lived there that I never needed help. When I did need help, it was sure not there. Drug dealers and corruption are the norm and they're spilling over into Lexington which seems to be getting worse than better! It's sad but true.
