Magnolia is a safe and great place to raise a family. Magnolia ISD is one of the top school districts in Texas. There are a lot of great golf courses located near Magnolia, excellent medical care in Tomball, The Woodlands, and Houston. Lake Conroe is 25 minutes away and it’s only 1 ½ hours to the coast. Magnolia is located 15 minutes from The Woodland .
