Horses are in the forefront of Pikes Peak. A quiet neighborhood with people who care about their neighbors, but respect one another's privacy. The sun shines here most days. We could use a little more rain, and a little less wind. All in all it's a beautiful place to live. Outside Colorado Springs and away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough that you can get anything you need or want.
