Navasota TX, is a hidden gem just 30 minuets outside College Station TX. It has a very quaint and historical downtown. It also is home to a super cute Wal*Mart, looking to be one of the original stores in the region. Main street is lined with beautiful old mansions and homes. It also has a 6 flags over TX... monument. Its an all American apple pie kind of small town with some regional chain stores and some nice local flair. For everything else, Bryan/College Station is close by. Another nice feature is Houston TX is also not to far away.
